Michael demonstrated the true traits of a leader while
 "on the road" to the prestigious rank of Enagic 6A.
He supported, taught, presented and encouraged all
while enduring some of the toughest obstacles any one
 person should have to endure while attempting to reach
 a goal! But Michael did it....always with a great attitude,
never complaining, but inspiring his people to reach higher
 for their dreams.
